Velocity Title Launch Extravaganza: Ribbon Cutting and Remarks by Senator Ed Reilly!

Velocity Title, a new title company focused on innovative technology, efficiency and customer experience, celebrated its launch on January 25th with an extravaganza to remember! The event brought together real estate professionals, consumers and MD public elected officials to celebrate business growth in the community.

Velocity Title brings together two established and reputable MD title companies, Gateway Title and Legends Title. Gateway’s former owner, Christina Garvey Berman (middle) and Legends’ former owner, G. Russell Donaldson, Esq., (left) joined forces to create a unique title company that makes the final step in home buying easy, efficient and informative with the most streamlined closing processes possible, innovative title technology and a focus on customer experience. They are joined by Senator Ed Reilly, who made some remarks for the occasion!
